“I had been loyal IHG customer for a while. This is the most disappointed stay I had. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly and the carpet smelled bad and dirty. This is not acceptable at this price. You could either pay more to a higher star hotel for a better service or pay less to a budget hotel to save money. The service level is similar to budget hotels.”
