“Stayed there 6 weeks from March thru April 2024. Awesome front desk Starr from Roxanne and her girls. Excellent service from Helen and her stall. Felt safe thanks to Errol from Security. Refreshing pool, reasonable rates and has a pool table., And especially tasty dishes from the kitchen. Will be back in November, 5 star service, accommodation, cleanliness, friendly staff. All around five star rating from Me,”

“Other than the construction they are doing adding a new addition. Lots of noise early when your trying to sleep. We had a great time and love the hotel. Great looking hotel. Nice pool. Free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Would deffinately return aftercthe new addition is finished”

“well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated……

“The place has a homey feel. It’s like you’re home. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast overlooking the Paoay Lake. Big room/bathroom. A little upgrade in the bathroom faucet will be great. Overall, very highly recommended.”

“The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.”

“When we arrived, I overheard the front desk telling another customer that there was no internet and to just use their data. Seriously? How can you say that to an international traveller who most likely does not have local coverage? Also, a rat ran across us as we were walking towards the lobby. That is probably why they have cats on the grounds. Once you get into the rooms, everything is just old and musty. Our lock was broken and there are no peepholes to see who is on the other side of……

“I like the location of the property as it lies outside the city proper and the view and the climate there as well. But i didnt like the absence of a lighted sign board of the hotel that caused us to miss or overran it everytime we went back at night since there were no streetlights.”

“Het hotel is nog in aanbouw.....ik kreeg de eerste nacht een drive-in kamer toegewezen, terwijl ik had betaald voor een deluxe kamer....Ik hoefde me niet eens in te checken of mijn paspoort te laten zien....De volgende dag heb ik beklag gedaan en een deluxe kamer gekregen, maar geen queensize bed....in ieder geval,,,...niet voor herhaling vatbaar....het personeel was blijkbaar ook nieuw en wist van weinig zaken....zeker niet behulpzaam......”

“This hotel resort is CLOSED. It has been closed since the start of the pandemic and the owners informed us they don't currently have plans to reopen. We were left in the middle of nowhere, close to midnight searching for another place to sleep. Please DO NOT book it.”

“Room and restroom is clean and comfy. There is no shampoo, tissue and soap provided during the stay. So bring these items if you are staying here. This is probably fair given the price of the room”
