“The place was very quiet, which was exactly what I was looking for. Even though they have shared bathrooms, it was never an issue.”

“This is one of the older Residence Inns, the room had old furniture, very dramb walls, no photos; the toilet bowl color was fading; the kitchen had old appliances; no ice containers; The heating/cooling system (HVAC) was not working correctly. The front desk sent the engineer to check the system. His response, the system was not working correctly because the return air duct for that room was too small for the unit and it would take hours to warm the room. He placed the thermostat on 75 degrees……

“Exellent location - just 4 houses off of the beach boardwalk! Bernadette (House Mgr) was great! She was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Plus, her breakfast that she prepares herself, is wonderful. Stairs are a bit steep, expecially to the third floor, but certainly very manageable. The house is 150 years old, and has so much charm. Our room had sloping floors, drafty windows, tight bathroom quarters, and thin walls....all part of the wonderful charm. Wouldn't change a thing!……
