“Location is good. The hotel seems a bit "old" and some areas are not clean. The toilet cover was damaged. The thing worried me most was that I needed to request daily room cleaning services (it is not default), otherwise they would not come to clean the room.”

“I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay. Air con doesn’t work, and it’s not just bad in soundproof, it is insanely horrible I can even hear the guy in the next room sleep talking ! ”

“Location is most convenient, just opp to Westfield Mall & 5 min walk to train station. The room is of good size with all necessary facilities. We stayed there for near 10 days in between our trip to Tasmania. It will even be better if it can provide some promotional offers ie complimentary breakfast or room upgrade for customers staying there for so many nights like us in future. ”

“If you have limited budget for accommodation and have to stay in city center, this hotel is a choice to be. But for me , this hotel is surely not to my standard although we paid reasonable good money. ”

“位置就在central station正對面，無懈可擊! 工作人員都很能幫忙，廁所乾淨。 雙人twin room位置不夠放東西，沒有掛衣服的勾，沒有小桌子及行李架只有1個，很不方便。”

“Clean and spacious hotel. Wi-Fi is ok. Comfort bed and pillow. Bath room is spacious. Bath gel 3 in 1 is provided. No shampoo and conditioner. All the facilities and utensils are clean including bed sheet, towels, kettle etc. Enough hangers. Bottle water AUD5 each at request. There is no tooth brush. I don’t know whether this can be requested at the reception because I always bring with mine. Big window and long table with a chair, these allow me to use computer very comfortably. “Was really astonished that standard room could be so narrow! Even not able to open my suitcase! Anyway room was clean and location was good. Although very close to highway, we were not annoyed by the traffic noise.”
