“Indoor pool is not heated, was freezing.”

“Not elderly or handicap friendly. Ridiculous to finally get parked and checked in and then be told one of us had to make long trip back to car to put parking pass on dash. Only three handicap spaces and never once saw them available. ”

“The maids missed leaving us replacement towels, picking up lots of trash, moping the floor (it was sticky), and cleaning out the sink. Because of that, our room smelled like rotten milk for two days. There’s no coffee in the room. No coffee maker. No nothing. It’s all downstairs. I checked and this is by design. WHAT THE HECK!! The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night The property is brand new. The pool is nice. The mattresses and pillows are nice. Would not stay there again”
