“The room smelled like cigarettes/mold. Everything was damp. The headboard had a giant scratched out piece. The metal lamp was covered in rust. The couch was stained. The pull out couch had mildew/mold on it. The shower floor was brownish and dirty. The bathroom door had to be forced open. The room was very humid. The carpets in the halls were awful and stained. The floors were dirty. The breakfast was the high point. It was pretty good. I spent $180/night for a $50/night room. We were VERY……

“The hotel was not clean it had rust it smelled like mildew. When I arrived a few minutes before 2pm the girl working in the afternoon poked her head out and said you can’t check in until 3 then left without checking for rooms, but then the cleaning people opened our door before it was check out time to get us to leave early. The elevator was broke the stairs way was muggy, the pool was green the treadmill couldn’t incline so I did my cardio on the steps and so I wouldn’t have any sweat I brought……

“This is such a great hotel. Every member of the staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Food Hall and the bar, the green space for the grandkids to run around and an easy walk down Government St to some of our favorite places. Covered parking was another plus for us. We had a wonderful stay at the OS Hotel and will be back.”

“This hotel needs some attention, one elevator is broken and has been for months. The washer and dryer was also down. There was a lot of noise and although there are printed hours of quiet time they are not enforced. Our car was hit while parked in the lot and when I ask for video footage, the manager Susan seemed unusually bothered and told me this was a police matter. Security stepped in and later tried to assist however advised there is no tape to view.”
