「Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again.」

「It was a nice stay at Adrak. Thanks to their courteous and friendly staff! This property is surrounded by forest, so only nature lovers would enjoy it the most. The staff was helpful. The food served was tasty. We encountered a herd at a safe distance. 」

「The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. My flight check-in by Wifi was not possible because of a technical problem with bar code scanning (new to me). The staff tried their best to help with but I gave up in the end. Good location and on the whole we had a pleasant stay.」
