"The stay was very comfortable, quiet, safe, and felt like home. Everything was clean, a full kitchen, livingroom with ROKU TV, and washer and dryer. We were able to enjoy the open but shady hiking trails in Columbia for a few days between Kansas City and St. Louis. Very nice, and will stay here again if passing through. The owner was a very good host to speak with by phone. Highly recommend."

"We had two mishaps with the hotel. The first is that they had no limo pickup service from the hotel when we arrived at the Columbia airport late at night. It cost us $75 for a taxi ride (10 Miles) to the hotel the first night. Then in the morning, our room was flooded with water from a rain storm and we had to move to another room that morning. The hotel did get a driver for their van to take me back to the airport in the morning to pick up a rental car (which was closed when we got in on Saturday night late). The staff was extremely nice about the whole affair and went out of their way to accommodate us. My wife's bag got lost on the airlines and did not arrive until the morning we were leaving, but the front desk manager gave my wife quarters to use the laundry facility to clean the clothes she had been wearing for three days before had to go to a wedding (the reason for the trip) on Sunday."
