“Good place for family ”

“Pool was closed and we weren’t informed. Grand daughter was disappointed and the rest of the family was too. We weren’t given any refund except $50 when we inquired and we booked 3 rooms. Not quite what Embassy use to be. So many kids staying the weekend were so disappointed ”

“First things first.. We ate in wheelchairs so we requested a handicapped accessible room. We did get that. Bottom floor . ✔️. We check in . Night staff was pretty difficult to understand. Then we get to our room .there was a giant discoloring of the carpet right by the door . Didnt think much of it..We laid down for a bit slept for maybe a couple hours.. Both of us woke up figit”

“My dad, sister, and I stayed one night at the Courtyard and we had a great time! I had called prior to our visit to ask if they did anything for birthdays and upon arrival, they gave my sister a bag of goodies along with a hand-written card! She was so surprised and flattered (especially since she happened to like the treats they chose). The staff was very friendly also! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel. (Great prices, too)!”
