「Really nice room and hotel overall. All was great until my wife asked for a few paper plates for us to eat a pizza. The clerk said no problem and gave her the plates and some plastic utensils. After we left i discovered a $15 charge on my credit card. They did not say anything about charging us for the paper plates. $15 for 4 paper plates? 」

「We had a girls trip with my daughter and granddaughters. The girls always want to stay here. They love the location and being able to get shuttled to the Crescent. This year they had a scavenger hunt of the town and it was so much fun. They adore one of the shuttle drivers named Benny and hope to see him every visit.」

「Beautiful as always, plenty to do if you want to. Spa was better than it’s ever been- and it’s always been good. The elevator was on the fritz during check in- plenty of assistance carrying luggage up, but be prepared to hike the stairs to your room if it’s not working 」

「I loved the kind welcoming greeting from KoKo when I arrived. He was professional and fun to speak with. He truly seemed to enjoy and take ownership of his front desk position. What a great welcome to what turned out to be an excellent stay. Thank you! I would highly Recommend this property! 」

「This is a very large and older hotel but they have done a great job of making the most of it. Staff were super friendly and helpful and greeted us every time we came through the lobby. The room was comfortable and bed was clean and good pillows! Great rates too」

「The suite was beautiful and accommodated our needs so well! While I attended a conference at the university, my family waited comfortably in the suite. Jesse was so kind and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and so convenient. Our suite and the hotel itself was clean and so handy to and from the suite to our car as well as to the venue as well. My only suggestion is to acquire a backup ice machine. The ball tournament participants wiped out the ice in the breakfast area filling their ice...

「Excellent check in experience - friendly young man at the counter. The only downside was the tornado warning. However the staff were professional and knew what to do, which is a feat at 1:45 AM... Power was out all night as a result, but that's obviously out of their control. 10/ best hotel for waiting out a tornado.」

「Historical building. Recently remodeled and very clean rooms. New fixtures and paint. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Covered parking. Nice bar.」
