"Big room, king beds and clean"

"Clean bright room, great pool, great bar/restaurant Conveniently off of the Northway"

"Balcony had cigarette buts left all over it and receptionist was aggregated to have to check me in."

"Blood stain on ceiling. The wall had a water stain and a crack above the bed. House keeping was making their rounds at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am. Hot tub is listed as an amenity but there isn’t one and apparently hasn’t had one in years. Room service is advertised but not available. We had to call twice to ask for silverware for our door dash order. I stay here every year for the tattoo convention and this is the second year in a row that we’ve had issues. Bar staff is wonderful though!"

"Easy parking, Starbucks, Panera and a grocery store nearby. First room had an unpleasant odor and we asked to be moved. The staff was helpful. Unfortunately, our second room smelled of cigarettes. Perhaps the air filters need to be changed?"

"Bed wasn’t clean. It had dirt from previous customer. Very noisy at night "

"Great stay! Morning and evening staff were very welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and housekeeping was kind and excellent. Highly recommend!"
