「We have stayed here before. It’s clean and comfortable as usual. When we walked in though, the lobby was quite run down looking. It might be time to freshen up a bit. Otherwise a good stay.」

「They were cleaning carpets, but they put me in a room with wet carpets. Went in the bathroom and almost fell from the soap residue from the carpet, smashed my hand trying to keep from falling. Called front desk and asked for another room and the young lady acted like she was doing me a favor. Terrible customer service from front desk. I did need a roll in shower but she put me in room with bath tub so shower was out of the question. I will not stay in another Fairfield in again if this is how...
