"Our stay was very good. This was my second time staying at Three Bears Resort, and overall we had a great experience. However, I feel that the water park could use some maintenance. The pools, water jets, and wave pool need some repairs, and parts of the park would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some general updates. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. "This place was perfect for our small group retreat. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The smart TV and wifi worked well for our purpose. It had everything we needed and the lakeview was awesome. We caught the sunrise by our bedroom window. The owner was also very accommodating and checking us for any other needs we might have."

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking.
