「The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. Our view was of the adjacent buildings rooftop and not appealing, so if...

「We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville—and the easy parking was a huge plus. 「There was no breakfast buffet. We did not order breakfast from the bar. One elevator was out of order. Access to an electrical outlet for my computer was difficult. I had to crawl on the floor and reach under a piece of furniture to access the outlet.」

He even texted me after we settled in to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. Very impressed! The “pantry” in the lobby is very well stocked and this property also offers a buffet breakfast in the mornings, check out at noon, and a roof top bar with music and seasonal events.
