「We checked in and our room reeked of cigarette smell. We told the front desk they said they were full and no other rooms were avaliable. I then called Expedia for help. The woman called the hotel for a refund and they said it was a nonrefundable reservation. I then went back to the front desk to ask about their smoking policy and they said its a non smoking facility. I then reiterated that our room smelled like cigarettes and they sent someone to check it. They did agree that it smelled and...

「Location and parking was convenient. The breakfast offered was very good. Check in was very easy. The staff was very helpful. Gym was small, pool was small, we did not have an opportunity to use them. Room and clean and spacious.」

「The best part about this trip was the staff. We did a hotel takeover and it was amazing. The rooms were nice. Definitely humid but do-able. Alchol was really good for all inclusive. The food was hit-or-miss. The pool a was cool. We also did the the excursions as part of our all inclusive package. Overall I give it a 7/8 out of 10」
