「Location is good and requires 10-15 mins walk from the port and bus station. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. Staff are friendly and polite. 「We arrived at the hotel and the room we were given was dirty, it smelled of must. We complained and staff did change our room, however this was only slightly better. The initial room has hairs in the plug hole and hairs on the wall. It was dingy!! When I complained about the smell, staff told me to open a window. The beds were awful. The beds around the pool where old and the cushions were ripped, this looked extremely scruffy. We were offered other rooms but they wanted to charge us...
