“The property and rooms are quite dated, but it's decent, very clean and charming. Our stay was super comfortable, the beds were amazing. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, and their coffee was really good. Staff was pretty 'meh' and the property had lots of gravel in the street and sidewalks, sidewalks being lifted up from old tree roots (total trip hazard so be careful at night), lots of dog poop all over the grassy areas and generally sort of neglected feeling, but we didn't stay there……

“Breakfast was not terrible but pretty basic and the coffee was so thick and gross. The rooms need major updating!!! It was nice dressers with drawers were provided but the drawers would not stay closed!!!! Some serious cleaning attention needed in the rooms...the vent covers are so nasty and dirty!!!! I went and bought my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom and bathtub!!! We stayed 7 days...6 nights I went to the front desk to ask for room refreshments like towels, toilet paper and dish……

“We absolutely loved staying here. We did get a great deal. Only thing we didn’t care for was that the pull out couch was dirty/had lots of crumbs. We chose not to use it due to this. The resort was super fun and the staff were nothing short of amazing though. It was comfortable, quiet, and we will return for sure. ”

“A nice house, a little too much road noise (located right on 83rd Ave.) but very convenient to everything. Great bedrooms!”
