「The building is pretty cool & their staff is very helpful. The room is pretty old but still ok. 」

「We had a family room (double and twin beds). The room was clean with plenty of tea/coffee etc. A nice touch with a coffee machine and mix of pods. The breakfast was okay. The layout of the items was slightly crowded when the room was busy. We had to ask for a number of the hot food items to be replenished.」

「Booked an executive double room which was very spacious and had a large bath too. A bit dated overall but clean and we had a lovely overnight stay. Dinner and breakfast were both good quality with gluten free options. I enjoyed using the pool and sauna (pre book) however disappointed the hot tub snd steam room were not in operation. Also, the spa was closed both Sunday and Monday. Hotel is set in extensive grounds and is a 15 minute walk into Aberfoyle. Plenty EV charging points at the hotel....

「This hotel had the feel of an old 1980s hotel that had been poorly maintained over the years by the owners. The room was clean but on our second morning we weren't able to have a shower because the shower didn't work. The tap water was also like an oven while the beds were like rocks. Despite promising wi-fi this too was non-existent. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok but during our stay there was always a feeling of what was going to go wrong next.」
