“There is no standard SOP for the maid. No towel after cleansing the house. I have to ask the front desk for towel but some times, they answer me they do not have any towels right now”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“HMB lodge is a hidden gem with beautiful clean rooms, private balconies and many more wonderful amenities. The location is perfect, near a beautiful beach, restaurants and a spa. This is my go to spot whenever I am visiting family in the area.”

“I like everything but the only issue that I have it was a misunderstanding with breakfast they told me from 7 AM to 10:30 PM. And we arrive at 10 o’clock and they already close on the other hand. Another issue that we had was that didn’t tell us that we need to request housekeeping service.”

“Pros - excellent customer services, staffs working at front desks are very welcoming (with good smiles) and they always try their best to help/ accommodate to your requests - very clean and tidy, the place was newly built and the bed was very comfortable - free parking + have charging pods outside of the hotel for Tesla Cons - cleaning was not up to standards, they provide cleaning services every other day, I was there for 5 nights, the day when they were supposed to be cleaning the room,……
