“Quick check in. Clean. Given room on entry had cigarette smell. Immediately upgraded to suit. Fantastic. In house restaurant excellent.. multi cuisine great selection Breakfast good. ”

“Room received at the time of check in was not cleaned. During 3 days stay room cleaning was done only once ( bed sheet and towel) staff was giving excuses to provide service. ”

“Broken shower broken air conditioner broken sealing fan got a phone call from reception around 22:10 night not 10:10 day time to come reception with passport visa and prove of address for 2nd time the reception boy was checking every page in the passport maybe for a £50 note when I asked him why he is checking the pages in the passport he told me for visa oci owners don’t need visa again he start with hotel policy I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE ”
