“Nice”

“Very clean and staffs very pleasant ”

“Bed was super comfortable and shower very clean. Had two rooms but they didn’t put together and made it seem like a big deal to change. Valet service much better than two years ago when we stayed but I had to pay separate which was weird.”

“Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. ”

“I stay for 6 days and the room was not even cleaned even once. Also so loudly outside.”

“Hotel was great host for the OCBTHECONQUER show we attended. Room was clean and quiet I loved it. But the microwave was awful !..when you put a meal in it just made noises and the tray wasn’t even. It just skipping and rolling around inside ..Other than that it was great!”

“This is my 2nd stay this hotel, the Front desk Michael always friendly and smile, He have kind heart to service and solve problem for all visitor. ”

“The property is what you’d expect from a HGI, but it seemed overpriced, and what appeared to be a free buffet actually cost $10 per person. The signage for the breakfast should have been prominently placed before you entered the buffet area. Although it’s in a suburban area with plentiful parking, there are signs posted that parking is $8. For the location and cost of the hotel, I’d expect both breakfast and parking to be included. When I checked out, staff wouldn’t give me a printed……
