「The hotel was OK it's in a great location and the staff were very nice. The breakfast room had a fantastic view over the harbour. However, the family rooms are stuck up on the 3rd floor without lift access & under the eves of the building. The space for a family of 4 with luggage was totally inadequate and the headroom meant that for people of average height either you regularly banged your head or spent your time bent over in half.
