“My two cats and I stayed at this hidden gem. The room was spotless, the king mattress was better than mine at home. After two days of long driving I was able to relax. The bathroom was a little tight but served me well. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of good choices. Staff was informed and friendly. This is the first 10 rating I have given.”

“It was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“They were cleaning carpets, but they put me in a room with wet carpets. Went in the bathroom and almost fell from the soap residue from the carpet, smashed my hand trying to keep from falling. Called front desk and asked for another room and the young lady acted like she was doing me a favor. Terrible customer service from front desk. I did need a roll in shower but she put me in room with bath tub so shower was out of the question. I will not stay in another Fairfield in again if this is how……

“They wouldn’t refund the money when we unfortunately clicked on the wrong date while we then stayed with them on the correct date. We will not ever stay there again. That is dishonest to the customer.”

“The room was large and very clean. Staff was friendly, well prepared. Amenities in the common areas were well done. The location was a bit out of the way but easy to find.”
