"We liked everything about this hotel. Especially the breakfast. But. Advertising a bar. That never opened except the Thursday night makes me knock it down. We were then told you can use the Novotel across the way. We have an agreement with them. I don’t want to use them. As a big hotel chain I think this is bad you don’t open the bar. I know you have a fridge unit with drinks in it you can buy. No. I wanted a draught beer. Which we got on the Thursday. If as a hotel chain you can afford to lose money. That’s fine."

"We loved this charming hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable. The area around the hotel is great but it was also walkable to everything we wanted to see in Brussels. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like a great spot. We would definitely stay here again!"

Our stay of 6 in our party was fantastic the care of the staff always willing to help and the very high standard of the hotel means we can’t overstate how great a find this was for us and only a short walk from the train station and the bus stop for the centre. "Great facility- fridge in room vital in hot weather. Had all essentials- all equipment worked. Local culture nearby. Double glazing and curtains effective in shutting it out when you have had enough of it! "
