Do not expect room to be cleaned - sheets, towels, etc. - during your stay if over one night. Ice is only available on certain floors. There is not enough staff manning the front desk and bar, so it was impossible to sit with friends and have a drink if folks are checking in. Only one person manning both! Other……

“Staff at front desk was fast, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast staff was also fantastic. Bed was comfy and the suite was large and had lots of sitting areas. A tv in bedroom and in the living room was nice to have. ”
