「Initial room we were put in was small, bathroom minuscule and noisy. Next day we asked to be moved and we were moved into better room. Ask for room at back. Parking great. Staff helpful and nice. 」

「Odd architecture, bedroom had big steps between bathroom and bed without proper space easy to fall down. The hotel overall has seen better times looks outdated from the late 70s early 80s」

「Lower mid-range stay. The WiFi was terribly slow. Pool is only open from 1:30-8:30pm so I didn’t get to use it- a major reason I booked the place. Room is a little old, but clean. Not the worst experience but I would probably stay somewhere else next time.」

「Room was very dirty (dirty linens, shoes marks in bathroom and on the toilet bowl, hair in bathtub, damaged furniture and walls, overall disgusting. The lobby looked nice ... I guess that's where they decided to put their money... Seriously need to update the rooms, will not be coming back. We do not recommend this hotel.」

「The pros - excellent location, friendly staff despite my very limited Spanish, and breakfast options were good and tasty! However, the hotel could do with a refurb. Cracks and grass growing through concrete outside 6th floor windows is concerning. Bedroom wall cracked, floor needs replacing and with 25C outdoors, the heating stuck on high was not pleasant. A shame really, because with its location, it could be fabulous! 」

Tiene solo 9 habitaciones y apenas cabe la cama con dos “mesas De noche” que son unos cajones de madera dañados. Los baños diminutos, bañarse es una experiencia horrorosa, son tan pequeñas las duchas que se te pegan las cortinas de plástico al Cuerpo (y eso da mucho asco) Yo estuve en una habitación para tres así que se supone que es de...

「Our 4 night stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean by Celestina and crew. Breakfast is served in a huge dining room with lakeside view, lots of delicious options. I wish we could stay longer but will definitely return. Restaurants within walking distance and the famous Calle Mitre is nearby for excellent chocolate shopping, so many options.」
