“All facilities was good, but the staff was not helpful at all. We have another booking with birthday celebration. But we were assign to different floor, after on next day, they assign us to a extra broken table place for birthday breakfast. The fruit plate need to peeling on our own.... there are no fork, spoon or knife for help. We think this hotel seems not welcoming family travel. They seems prearrange those foreigner with better sit arrangement.”

“Very clean, nice and quiet hotel. Will definitely come back and stay again.”
