“Staff was amazing. Parking should not be charged when you stay in a hotel”

“There were roaches in my room and I took a video and showed management, they came and fumigated (so they say) I was there for a wedding about 20 minutes away. Breakfast was horrible, if you like waffles you can make your own that was the only thing good. Check-in was a disaster couldn't find my reservation, key didn't work for the room.”

“Who is approached by a man asking if I needed to purchase methamphetamines when I arrived. After two hours trying to reach someone to get checked in I contacted Expedia and they informed me that I needed to confirm the reservation 24 hours in advance. Which is extremely unusual. After two hours of trying to contact someone by phone email and by doorbell. Expedia informed me there was nothing that they could do the insurance that I had on the reservation was for extenuating circumstances only,……

“Amazing stay”

“The unit we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated with updated furniture and decor. There were adequate amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was medium firm and very comfortable. The pillows were extremely comfortable.The unit would get humid during the day, and sometimes smelled a little stale when we would return from a day out. We had a lovely view of the river from our balcony, but the pool was right below us and could get noisy at times. The overall complex was not nearly as……

“I planned a last minute stay cation with my husband. We had an amazing time. We're from the area so we were local to everything. Everything is 10 mins away. Stepping into this room was like no other. We had a full on apartment. His and hers sinks. An open kitchen and large living room area. It almost felt like we were at home. The host was very easy to contact and kept communication making me feel like they cared about my experience. This property meet every single one of my expectations in the……

“First of all theirs no name outside this hole in the wall. Beware of anyone that takes your money 5 months in advance with a no cancelation policy it means it's a dump!! There was no office and located in the area. This place doesn't even qualify to be rated!! The pictures are very deceiving no where near the pictures straight not qualified to be apart of this platform! Who has a let down bed that comes from the ceiling over some children play furniture!!! “We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!”
