“El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, las habitaciones súper bonitas y cuentas con todas las comodidades, el único tema es que la recepcionista tiene muy mala actitud, parece que tiene flojera y a todo lo que le pedía apoyo o recomendaciones decía que no y de súper flojera la mujer! Todo lo demás sin duda súper bonito, ubicación, habitación y comida súper rica. El chico que nos llevó a la habitación y el restaurante súper atentos!”

“Clean air conditioned rooms. Very nice pool after a day of excursions. Helpful staff and a nice included breakfast. We ate each night in the restaurant which had a great selection of well prepared foods. Our waiter, Bernardo, was very entertaining. When in the area again, we will stay here again.”

“Nestled into the nature preserve. We were there at the start of the offseason. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the view was epic. The pool area and restaurant were amazing. We plan on coming back someday to Costa Rica and if on the Pacific side we will spend more days here. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

“I would not stay here again. Communication prior to arrival was non existent after multiple attempts through email, WhatsApp, phone calls and IG. The transportation and tour booking help that was promised in their description was therefor not met. Upon arrival I mentioned this and the response from the manager was that yes, this is known issue but there was nothing they could do. This property will undergo major renovations in the fall and it seems they will just coast until then. The room was……
