“The room was clean. The staff was excellent. I like the location. It diminishes the traffic noise. Nice hiking trail nearby. I love the fact that they are dog friendly. Only a couple of minor issues: The thermostat on the A/C unit did not work. No matter how high I set the temperature, the unit never shut off. No problem. I just turned it on and off manually. The tub could be replaced. It was functional, but it did not look too nice. Not a problem for me, but some guests might not like that.”

“The photos make it look like it’s fairly new and well taken care of. It is anything but. It is extremely dirty. The elevator doors didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned. There were stains all over every floor we went in and on the drapes in the room in addition to the carpet looked so dirty you didn’t want to take your shoes off. It was horrible. The mini fridge didn’t work. We told them about it and they did nothing to try and remedy it. Would not recommend!”

“The atmosphere is airy and spacious, very clean. They HAD ENOUGH STAFF! A rare thing these days, and I imagine the mnagers and supervisors were doing a good job teaching and supervising the staff. The area around has green spaces and all kinds of restaurants.”
