「Overall the experience was good. My only issues were that my window ended up facing another building. I didn't mind it too much so it wasn't a huge issue. Just a heads up for others that it may be a possibility.
The other issue was that the exhaust in the bathroom runs non-stop. There is no switch to turn it off. It is not connected to the light switch.
I only had contact with the staff 2 times. Once at check in, which they were very friendly. The 2nd I had to call to the front desk because...

「When we arrived it was about 10:30 at night our first room smelled so bad we couldn't stay in it we asked if there was another room which the staff was very helpful with and got us another room. Unfortunately the second room the AC barely worked and went kicked on it was incredibly loud. Most likely the AC wasn't able to keep up so the whole room smelled damp as well. We would have gone somewhere else had there been any other options. The hot tub is also boarded over just as an FYI.」
