「Unfortunately, our stay was rather disappointing and fell short of the expectations created by the hotel's website and photographs.
On arrival, the reception staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming. However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel!
Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained...
