“Our room was recently updated and beautiful. I think the bed was the only thing that hasn't been updated. While we were still able to sleep, we could both feel the springs in the mattress. The grounds were well maintained and the breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed. ”

“This comment may not be true about all the rooms. Our room was outside of the main building (lavender room). The room had an old stained carpet that was not vacuumed at all during the time we were there. We know this because there were several dried leaves on the carpet from the day we arrived to the day we left. If you stay at the hotel for longer than a day, they do not clean the room unless it’s requested. We did request and they made the bed and put fresh towels but did not vacuum the……

“Overall things were ok but there were at least four stink bugs in my room that I killed during my two day stay. I was on the third floor.”

“Absolutely wonderful, secluded little place to stay! I was a little worried with it being right next to Lowe’s, but I hardly noticed at all! And to be honest I didn’t even know there was a hotel back there! Surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect little hidden getaway! Building was well maintained and super clean, very very quiet inside, lovely gas fire out on the patio. All in all an excellent stay!”

“Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms clean and huge. Wish it had a hot tub but overall super great property. Close to lots of food as well. ”

“This is NOT a Holiday Inn Express. It is a Comfort Suites Inn. The location is excellent. I did not feel as safe and comfy as I do in Holiday Inn Express, so I was disappointed. Reported to Expedia and asked them to fix but they are still showing it as Holiday Inn Express. Has been reported multiple Times according to other reviews so ‘get er done’ Expedia. I’ll be booking with IHG direct from now on.”
