「Very walkable to so many things Portland has to offer. The staff was so kind and welcoming, our room had a few to the bay, it was in a quiet area but walkable to everything (I’m almost 60, so walkable to me is 5-15 minute!) it’s located in a safe area, that’s always been the most important to me. 」

「Average rooms but convenient address. Parking is not included 」

「It was such a fantastic location right in downtown Portland, close to restaurants, shops, and the water. Breakfast was included, which was great savings for our family of five and it was delicious. The parking situation was tricky, but we figured it out. Seems valet is the best option. 」

「AC hotels are clean and modern. I love Bonvoy Marriott for that. But I will be glad when the hotels go back to daily service. When I check in for a 2 (or even 4!) day stay and my room gets no attention, I wonder what I am being asked to tip for. And I really feel bad for the service staff because I’m sure this has led to a big reduction in tips. 」

「Good hotel in Portland. Friendly reception clerk, nice decor, convenient location. Room was very large with kitchen area that included larger than usual refrigerator, microwave and dishes/glasses. Beds were a little soft but comfortable. Some airplane traffic was noticed but not too loud. Breakfast could use improvement as selections were limited. No decaf tea or coffee available. **be sure to visit the EXCELLENT “The Great Lost Bear” for a huge selection of draft beers and excellent food. 」

「Very short staffed for housekeeping. We had to call for towels and turn down service. restaurant under renovation.」

「The grounds were beautifully manicured with vast, blossoming flowers and shrubs. Pool is tastefully decorated and up kept. Unsure about the private seating areas for rent. Nobody rented the spaces duing my stay, while there wasn't enough seating for others at the pool. People sat on the pool patio. Staff is amazing, accommodating, friendly, and eager to help and please. There were minor issues with maintenance..... switches flipped which needed to be reset, cable box not working, toilet...

「Well run , as new , great location! All staff very motivated especially Maurisha on reception who went the extra mile to solve several problems. The lady who made up our room(314) was meticulous and listened to our requests 👍👍」
