“Room was fine. Had trouble having it made up, not a huge deal. the "complimentary" breakfast was sub-par. overall, a solid 4.”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“This is the third time staying here. It has a good feel and nice rooms.”

“Very clean and such a nice property. Our room was spacious and I loved the fan in the room. Only complaint would maybe be the bartenders. They were not very friendly and frankly seemed irritated by our presence. It didn’t ruin our trip though, I’d still stay there anytime we go back! ”

“First stay at an Atwell hotel, and we were very impressed! The room was spacious and spotless. It had hard flooring, which I always feel like makes for a cleaner room. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will look for an Atwell on future trips anywhere!”
