“My family and I came for a quick visit and ended up having to extend our stay for about a week waiting for I29 to be opened past St. Jo, MO during the christmas season of 25. I cannot remember her name but the ladies who manage the front desk were very wonderful. Our rooms were fresh and clean and all the staff would greet us as we walked through to leave. The customer service was 5 star every interaction and we had many from my needing to extend to looking for places to eat and they even were……

“This was an interesting stay. We prefer to avoid run-of-the-mill hotels, and this one is definitely not part of a big chain. It's decor is dated, and not luxurious, but comfortable. They have flyers giving the history of the building, the architect and it's troubled restoration. The balcony was really nice in the evening. We liked the location because it wasn't right downtown, but a few blocks away. ”

“Loved the hotel. So many good restaurants within walking distance. Only bad part was the mattress. It was so old and soft, it was very uncomfortable. ”
