「We rented the 2BR apartment. It's fully furnished & spacious for family of 3 adults. There is no access to toilet when someone locked the bathroom. Also, not suitable for guest with crooked knee, it is located on 2nd floor & no elevator. It is an excellent location for guests enjoying pokies & relaxing at the bar.」

「Quick check-in, Comfortable very large bed, spacious hot shower, split-level air conditioning. Parking for my room was on the property but outside of the security boom gate」

「Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good. 」

「By the time of checking in, AUD$200 security bond was charged by the reception and said that it would be returned few days after checking out. However, only AUD$187 was returned so we inquired about that by email. The hotel then replied, said AUD$13 was charged for 2 bottles of wine from the mini bar. 「房間裡有個超大又舒服的spa浴缸還有一個設備齊全能煮食物的小廚房，motel的位置很棒，就在最熱鬧的位置上。」

「Room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Excellent service from all staff members all night from booking in to directions and dinner.」

「The location was spot on, quiet and tranquil but there are areas the location could improve on. We where in lodge 2 and the path from the car parking leading up to the lodge could be an issue in the dark with the garden retaining wall called across it partially blocking the clear access」

「Very very nice views. A little bit muddy but couldn’t help that with the weather overall nice and comfy would stay there again.」

「Was great」

「Room was great. We stayed in the Australian Suite. But Little did we know , we had to walk up a stair case of 15-20 steps to get to our room. Upon arrival, we arrived in the middle of a wedding in the gardens , which we did not know was happening. We were met by someone, unsure who she was. No name given and appeared surprised we were checking in. Showed us to our room and that was it. No mention of the grounds, the wedding or even use of the pool, which was closed despite the 38 degree day...

「Owners friendly and professional. House was immaculate and king bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast supplies unexpected and very generous. On arrival home made cup cakes yummy Would highly recommend. Christine」
