「Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else」

「Clean, modern and quiet room. The hotel is very central, in a very good location. Unfortunately, at 8 PM when I arrived for check-in I found out that there is nobody at the front desk after 5 PM. I had to call and the staff sent me the access codes. It would have been nice to get the information prior to arrival. The hotel has no amenities, so if you are looking for an area to wait, meet somebody or work, you will be disappointed.」

「Took a quick day trip to Brasov and just needed a bed for the evening. This place was amazing, especially as the price was so low! The check in process was a bit difficult but that was because the instructions were texted to me however I had a travel sim installed so I didn't receive the instructions. My fault, but something to note! I would gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Brasov!」
