「Loçalizaçao e limpeza e equipe excelente」

「Perfect location, great apartment, has everything one may need, tastefully designed, good communication with the host.」

「The room was extremely clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. There’s plenty of parking. I just want to add that this hotel has an old time vibe. This is one of those hotels that inspires time travel into the past in a good way. The room has this quaint kind of antique furniture that makes it look like an hotel in the 1960s and 70s. There’s a real key to the room, a receptionist, and a record player and vinyl records in the lobby as well as other vintage items...

「I loved everything about this property. We also have dinner at the restaurant, and went to the bar for drinks, and the views were spectacular at sunset.」

「Very good service 」

「This hotel is in a great location. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast buffet is a plus!」

「Our room was very clean. Our view of the water was amazing! Perfect and peaceful location.」

「Demasiada gente en la piscina muy pequeña. No hay aparcamiento reservado para los clientes. Sería necesaria una nevera en la habitación. Lo peor: No se puede regular la temperatura en la ducha 」

「The location and room was nice. The stay itself was okay, but the customer service was lacking. Our request for an iron or steamer was ignored, there was no coffee maker in the room, and checkout was confusing because nobody was at reception and no instructions were given.」

「Beautifully restored property. The staff was great. Although we were greeted by a non English speaker we communicated very well through Google Translate.」

「Lovely room, exactly what we expected but the best part about our stay was how helpful the staff was on several occasions.」

「Funcionários cordiais, localização ótima, quarto espaçoso 」

「Our stay at Casa de Casal de Loivos exceeded our expectations. The Douro Valley views are breathtaking, especially from the terrace right outside our door while enjoying a glass of Portuguese wine. We enjoyed delicious, authentic Portuguese dinners both evenings, served family-style around a communal table with eight other guests. Sharing wonderful food, wine, and conversation with travellers from around the world made for a truly memorable dining experience. Bernardo and Paulo’s excellent wine...
