“Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help.”

“The room was spotless. The staff was great and attentive. The breakfast was awesome; my kids’ favorite were the waffles. Not too much of a mountain view, but okay scenery. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.”

“Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation”
