"The breakfast was cold and the staff were horrible, trying to double charge us for parking and when a friends son fell in the pool area and cut his knee and we asked them for a bandaid they offered to sell us one."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the check in coz we arrived early around 11:30am so we left our luggage & requested for our rooms to be close to each other. However when we came back to check in one room is still dirty & this is around 6:40-7 pm. The front desk staff said their short staff do we have yo wait. The check in time is supposed yo be 4:00 pm. We waited patiently but I think that needs to be improved. We’re so tired that day being the flight started at 6:30 am & we’ve been up the whole day. One staff I remember was nice Jason, the rest on the fromt desk needs to improve their skills in dealing with people. Alittle smile or accomodating gestures like offering water etc."
