"Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "

"Das in einem Österreichischen Hotel das Personal nicht Deutsch spricht, war eine negative Überraschung. Mit Englisch gings dann einigermaßen. Auch das ich bei Tisch gleich auf Ungarisch begrüßt wurde, war etwas irritierend. Für mich kein Problem, aber irgendwo bei der Buchung, h ätte ich das gerne vorab gewusst. Ansonsten war das Hotel und Essen super. Das Personal war trotz der Sprachbarriere sehr engagiert. "
