"The staff were amazing and very helpful, but the property itself is quite old and needs better maintenance. The bathroom doors could not be locked, which was inconvenient. Another major issue was the hot water. We had to waste nearly 15 buckets of water before getting heated water, which is unacceptable. "Checkin process was pathetic. The person at reception said that it’s cancelled. Upon insisting he checked and found our reservation and this process took some time and could have been smooth. The taps doesn’t have hot and cold water indicator and whichever way you turn the tap it gives hot water. No room service. There is a Arya bhawan restaurant nearby which is awesome. Virudhnagar paratha is a must try."
