「The property was clean, had lots of amenities and nice balcony . Also had a swimming pool. Only problem was as I booked for 3 people, the room was provided with twin bed. After talking to the staff we provided with foldable bed which blocked our access to the balcony. 」

Excellent food available by pool or room service. Very good value. Manager Mr Benoit always around to help with advice etc.」

「Overall, our stay at Riva was pleasant, the beach was very convenient and clean, the staff were courteous, helpful and the resort is as green and lush as you could imagine. The spa was great, and the gym facility was readily accessible and clean. The resort and restaurants themselves are great, but have some strange policies- the resort refuses to give you a second room key which makes the stay quite inconvenient. The rooms have a button for DND, which disables when you take the room key out...

「So I stayed here for an airport transfer, and the staff were super helpful. The room was also very comfortable, and I got some much needed sleep before my early morning flight. 」

「Hotellet är stort med flera byggnader. Det ligger vackert vid 2 små sjöar. Hotellet har 2 pooler. Rummet var stort och jag hade en vacker utsikt. Hotellet är 3 stjärnigt och jag visste inte vad jag ska förvänta mig. Så här upplevde jag min vistelse. Sängen var mycket hård och jag fick ont i ryggen. Frukosten var snål rostat bröd, marmelad i små förpackningar, några indiska rätter, pulverkaffe, ingenting var gratis, jag fick betala mycket även för en flaska vatten. Det fanns ingen vattenkokare...
