“Nice property. Pool was outdoor & too cold to be open. Winter storms are no fun.”

“Check in was smooth. Room was clean and roomy. Like the separate sink/toilet room separated from shower and another sink. The shower had additional nozzles that hit straight from the wall. The luggage racks were nice so our bags didn’t have to sit on the carpet. The pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. Breakfast was far better than most places. Lots of different choices for different dietary needs. ”

“What a lovely hotel. The highlight absolutely has to be the employees. We travel a lot following our son while he plays baseball and we’ve experienced lots of different types of “service and cleanliness”. Apparently there’s a bit of confusion on what those things mean. The folks that work at this hotel are ALL so kind, service minded, welcoming, people we’ve encountered. The room was clean, furniture and carpet are dated but in perfect condition. The bed was comfortable, but let’s talk about……

“The staybwas fine. I was doubled charged. Once by expedia and once by the resort. I called the resort to resolve the issue and was told i ld recieve a call the next day. Never did. Still waiting to see if the charge was reversed on my card.”
