Initially when we arrived we were not happy with the initial room however the manager and staff did there very best to reallocate us a different room immediately which was was much much better. The staff were very polite and helpful most especially the staffs at the residential lounge reception. The manager was very soft spoken and very understanding. The facilities were good and met our needs however they will need to improve on their WiFi availability. The location...
