“1st thing was a bad smell getting off the 3rd floor elevator but the room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent.”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”

“The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling. ”

“Great room, nice view, great temp control, very clean and comfortable. Dislike: 1) being required to pay $20 per day for breakfast/amenities that I didn't particularly want; and 2) the hotel recommended a taxi service that charged me literally triple the usual fee for a short ride: $45 one-way to the Denver Zoo! (Return taxi charged $15 for the identical trip). The hotel should exercise greater care before recommending a company.”

When Expedia failed to associate my breakfast page on my reservation (to appear on Evens Hotel confirmation), he made sure to get in contact with Expedia to confirm my full details. He even included a few cups of coffee for me and my wife. THANK You very much sir, I didnt get your name (you mentioned having family in Tampa,FL as well as Port St. Lucie, FL)”

“I love staying at the Drurys anywhere I go. The hospitality is always top notch and the breakfast is awesome and of course you cannot go wrong with the kickback in the evening!”

“Friendly staff, easy check in. Any requests to front desk were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Also good that there is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop on site. Restaurant/bar had a limited menu but the food is excellent as was the service.”
