“Staff at property were very friendly. Gwendolyn made checkin quick and easy and answered all our questions with ease and care. ”

“The staff and security were very attentive, very kind and always available to assist. The hotel was very quiet & clean. The room was great & ready ahead of time. The front desk was readily available & always provided me with what i needed. the parking was very easy. The only thing I would advise for families is that this is a Casino hotel…children under 21 only have 1 dining option/restaurant they can go to & it does not have a kids menu. The only other option is to order food & have it……

“I came to the area for a funeral. Upon entering my first room, the remote for the TV didnt work. All i could do was turn the TV on...couldn't change any channels, see the quide, or change the volume. I tried a new remote from the front desk which also didn't work. The young lady at the front desk got me into a new room. Everything in the new room worked perfectly. However...my new room was across the hall from what I believe was a shared room. There was a large family staying across from me……

“Hotel is attached to the airport, which makes it easy for early morning flights. Just give yourself lots of extra time if you are parking your vehicle at the hotel while traveling & be prepared to pay for the convenience of parking at the airport. ”

“Our stay was good overall but I wish they fix the second elevator because one was not enough for all the guest staying at the hotel.”

“In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.”

“Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent.”
