「Very kind staff and a great location」

「We liked how cute the property was and the amenities were perfect. We loved our studio room and would love to stay again. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and kind.」

「Room was very cozy and the lounge areas were well stocked with teas, coffees and snacks. Especially nice to have local tea from White Heron. Inn is very conveniently located. 5 min walk from Market Square and Prescott Park. Second floor in front has very steep stairs so be aware if you're mobility limited. 」

「Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The very nice lady that checked us in answered all our questions on what to see and do while in town. The young lady that set up breakfast for us was helpful with more information about the area very nice. 」

「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」

「I would say this is one of the best B&B I've ever lived in! It's very peaceful and walking distance to the bay and all the shops. There was a church right next to it and the post office behind the house, we walked over to mail out the postcard. The bed was very comfortable, it was very thoughtful that my room offered an extra bed that my kids both want to stay on. The bagel and pastries from breakfast was very fresh, variety juice options. It would be great if eggs and more fruits are provided....

「We ended up having a wonderful stay. It started out bumpy, girls at front desk very unfriendly and never told us of free coffee, breakfast arrangement until we were leaving and asked. Power washing of chairs was right in front of us and EXTREMELY annoying for 2 days. We complained and the manager Margaret Carcaterra was very helpful and understanding. She upgraded us which eliminated the problem so the rest of our stay was wonderful. Thank you Margaret」
