“Started off poorly. Arrived at 1030 pm after doing online check in and providing all necessary documentation. Upon arrival, I still had to provide the documentation that I provided online. They put us in room 306. After getting off a very dirty elevator, we were welcomed by a very smelly hallway - either cigarette or marijuana. I could not tell. Upon arriving into the room, I found a full trash can from previous guests and no sheets on bed with dirty sheets on dresser. I went back down to……

“No real restaurant at the property. No breakfast offerings. Only sandwiches and fries later in the day. The worst coffee ever offered as complimentary in the am. NOT DRINKABLE”

“Quite a good price for the property. The air conditioning is not the best”

“The furniture and the thermostat are broken. Moth are functional but physically broken. The tub in the master bathroom had a scum on all surfaces. The sliding deck doors don’t lock but were secured with boards in the slide rails. The fridge was functional but extremely load.”

“Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean with beautiful river view, the onsite Starbucks is super convenient and it’s very convenient to downtown campus. ”
